Mrs Helen Pennant, Director of the Cambridge Commonwealth, European and International Trust, said ‘Since the inception of the Cambridge Trust’s collaboration with the Woolf Institute back in 2013 to fund two PhD scholarships per year, six scholars from across the world have benefitted from support to carry out their degree courses here in Cambridge.
