2018/19 Events Calendar Out Now

10th October 2018

The Calendar of Events 2018/19 'Celebrating 20 Years' has been mailed to approximately 1000 friends and supporters of the institute. It is now available online or as a hard copy on request.

Looking back at the Woolf Institute's first year in its new home, we are delighted with the positive impact the purpose-built spaces have had on our research and ability to expand our outreach. As you will see from the Calendar of Events for the new academic year, we are not resting on our laurels.

The Calendar is much more than a chronological run-down of our events. In it you will find the many facets of our work, including: information about our research projects and who is involved with them; profiles of the students we support at the Institute; and details of the courses you can take, online or in person.

While we look forward to another busy year at the Woolf Institute, which will be our 20th, we are considering what we have achieved and planning for the long-term future. Throughout the Calendar we highlight our 20th Anniversary especially: we invite you to mark this milestone with a Celebratory Research Day and Dinner on 8 November 2018; read Dr Ed Kessler's reflections on the past 20 years; join the conversation about what needs to be done in the future; and help us achieve our collective aim of fostering better understanding between the Abrahamic Faiths and society.

Read it here or request a hard copy.
