Woolf Institute Lecture Cycle: Lecture with Professor Robert Tombs

In the Woolf Institute's new home, a lecture cycle will give us the opportunity to listen to talks by senior British academics, politicians, and activists.
The inaugural lecture on Wednesday 18th October will be delivered by Professor Robert Tombs, Emeritus Professor of French history, and author of the bestselling "History book of the Year" 2015 The English and their history.
Professor Tombs will talk about "Religion, identity and the state: France and Britain since the Enlightenment".
