Religion and Society: The Impact of COVID-19 on the Interfaith Encounter
Building on the success of the recent COVID-19 Chronicle series, when 70 faith leaders from the UK and around the world were interviewed, we are holding a series of webinars examining some of the key findings.
In this webinar, Dr Ed Kessler, Dr Mary C Boys and Revd Professor Martin Forward discussed the impact of COVID-19 on the interfaith encounter.
Dr Boys is the Skinner and McAlpin Professor of Theology at Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York as well as a member of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary.
As well as co-founder of the original Centre for the Study of Jewish-Christian Relations and a Trustee of the Woolf Institute, Revd Professor Forward is an ordained British Methodist minister and was also ordained deacon in the Church of South India. He was a church pastor for 13 years in India and England and is Professor of History at Aurora University, Illinois.
This webinar was recorded on 04/02/2021.
