Pontanima Musical Workshop

2nd March, 2018 @ 10:30

Woolf Institute, Madingley Road, Cambridge, CB3 0UB

On Friday 2nd March 2018, the Woolf Institute will host the Pontanima Musical Workshop.

For over the twenty years of its existence, Pontanima Interreligious Choir has emerged as one of the most important actors in the field of interreligious peacemaking in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The simple but revolutionary ideal lived out by the choir is that members of all cultural and religious groups can come together, despite histories of conflict, and share in one another's most beautiful traditions.

This workshop will bring musicians together to explore music, religion and identity through the rich and diverse traditions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
