Vacancy: Director of Services and Administration

The Institute seeks a senior level Director to take the lead on managing these excellent facilities – establishing appropriate strategies, policies, budgets and administrative processes to ensure that the Institute makes the best and most efficient use of its new home. 

The Director will also act as Company Secretary working closely with the Institute's Board of Trustees and its sub-committees. He or she will report directly to the Founder Director.

This will be a part-time (3 day a week) position with an appropriate remuneration and attractive pension package. The Institute is looking for someone who wants to be engaged in helping to set the direction of an institution at an exciting and seminal point in its evolution, who has the skills, experience and personality to make the most of the opportunities available and who has genuine empathy with the Institute's vision and values. The Institute welcomes applications from all sectors of the community.
