Scholarships and Bursaries

Since 2013 the Woolf Institute and the Cambridge Commonwealth, European and International Trust have collaborated in a scheme of scholarships to support outstanding postgraduate students (PhD and MPhil) at the University of Cambridge. The award, known as the Woolf Institute Cambridge Scholarship, covers the cost of studying for the MPhil in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies (Specialisation: Muslim-Jewish Relations) at the Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Cambridge and is tenable at any of the 31 Cambridge Colleges. (For details related to the PhD award, click here.) Applicants are required to apply to the University of Cambridge by the published deadline. All this information is available in the FAQs here. For details of the MPhil degree in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, click here.

The scholarship deadline for 2017-18 entry has now passed. The application process will re-open in September 2017 for 2018-19 entry.
