Ideally situated close to the famous College "Backs" and within easy access to the city centre and university buildings, the Woolf Institute has 4 furnished study bedrooms which have been purpose built to accommodate postgraduate students, postdoctoral researchers and fellows. These 2nd floor study bedrooms offer views of either the magnificent Grade II listed Westminster College building or mature trees. 

The accommodation comprises 4 en-suite study bedrooms each with its own shower, and come with independent central heating and hot water systems. Furnishings include a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, occasional table and chair. Each room is fully carpeted and fitted with curtains or blinds. Bed linen will be provided and laundered on a weekly rotation. Each room has data points installed at the desk, and also has access to free building Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi will enable tenants to watch live or catch up TV from their own devices. Telephone calls will be charged back to tenants. Each tenant is responsible for their own personal laundry.

There is no car parking on site however there are bicycle racks available.

The rent is currently £676.00 per month (Deposit of £676.00). The rent includes gas, electricity and water rates.
