On Tuesday 5 February 2008, Dr Rowan Williams visited the Centre for the Study of Jewish - Christian Relations in Cambridge. As part of the visit, CJCR’s ten on-site students (who are studying for the University of Cambridge Master of Studies in the Study of Jewish – Christian Relations) enjoyed a private discussion with Dr Williams about the current state and future challenges in Jewish – Christian relations. ‘Chatham House Rules’ offered a rare opportunity for the students to enjoy a full and frank discussion with the Chief Primate of the Anglican Church.
